Yes, a candidate can apply to UG Diploma course at Risali Institute of Management if Class 12 result is pending. The institute may offer them provisional admission in this case. However, since admissions to this course is merit-based, the candidate must submit the marksheet and certificate for their graduation once the results are declared.
