There is no as such limitation for COER University Roorkee. It depends on the number of people showing up. Criteria is minimum it should be more than 50% in core subject and cleared the JEE. You can also check the college website or shiksha webiste for further information.

COER cut off for B.Tech is decided based on scores obtained in JEE Mains. 

The candidate must have passed in 10+2 and have scored of minimum of 50 % in there core subject such as physics chemistry mathematics. 

candidates cannot get direct admissions.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 and equivalent from a recognised educational board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects with a minimum aggregate score of 50 % in core subjects. 

You must have cleared the JEE main entrance exam with a valid score

Roorkee College of Engineering has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.Sc.Candidate must have passed class 10+2 from CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or any other Recognized board.
B.E. / B.TechCandidates must have passed 10+2 with above mentioned marks (40% in reserved category) with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry /Computer Science/ Information Science passed through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or equivalent any other Recognized board.
B.ComCandidate must have passed 12th std. /HSC Examination through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or any other Recognized board.
BCACandidate must have passed 12th std. /HSC Examination through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or any other Recognized board.
BBACandidate must have passed 10+2 /HSC Examination through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or Recognized board.
B.A.Candidate must have passed 12th std. /HSC Examination through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or any other Recognized board.
B.PharmaCandidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Biotechnology / Biology and obtained the above mentioned marks (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
M.E./M.TechAdmission through counseling will be offered first to GATE qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant candidates qualifying the entrance examination of the University UKSEE 2022 (In order of merit) will be offered.
D.PharmaCandidate passed 12th/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics subjects from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply.
