The placement report for the academic year 2022-2023 is yet to be release on the official website. However, as per the students’ reviews on Shiksha page, Quantum School of Agricultural Studies recorded 80% placements in the recent years. The highest and average package offered during the recent Quantum School of Agricultural Studies placements stood at INR 3.60 LPA and INR 2.16 LPA, respectively. No, Motherhood University is not considered as best in Roorkee because of following reasons : -

Both institutions provide quality B.Sc courses with good placement assistance. The course fees of both of the institutions are affordable and standard. And top companies visit both the institutions for placements. However, students can take admission considering course offerings, faculty, infrastructure and placement records you can take decision based upon their requirements.

You should have cleared 12th board or equivalent with 50% aggregrate also you should have passed in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as well. (For UG Admission)
You should have passed your graduation from a recognised university with a 50% of aggregrate. (For PG admission)
Accepting exams are JEE Mains, CUET, CAT, UKSEE, GATE, CUET-PG, JIPMER-PG

Yes, COER University, Roorkee accepts Joint Entrance Examination Main scores for Bachelor of Technology admission. Candidates must clear the JEE Main entrance exam with a valid score equivalent to the cutoff eligibility framed by COER. The closing rank for the JEE Main exam is approximately INR 5,00,000, and candidates need to obtain at least 50 percentile to be eligible for admission to Bachelor of Technology at COER University, Roorkee.

Infrastructure:
Both the university have good infrastructure. If you consider WiFi then you can get on both the campus. Also, they provide Library, Canteen, Hostels for both Boys and Girls.
Courses:
Coer university provides a total of 38 courses, where as Haridwar University provides a total of 70 courses.
Placement:
Considering previous year placements Haridwar University performs better than COER university. In Haridwar University around 90% students get placed where as COER university student's placement rate is 70-80%.
Conclusion
i would recommend to go for Haridwar University as it has better stats than COER university

COER Roorkee offers three courses
- B.Tech
- M.Tech
- Polytechnic
So the first-year fee for B.Tech is INR 1.68 Lacs.
For M.Tech it is INR 1.26 Lacs INR for the first year
For Polytechnic it is INR 76,000 for the first year.
