Royal Global University Eligibility

The university offers many scholarships on the basis of merit and other factors. Merit scholarship is provided to students who scored well in Class 12. Other scholarships are provided to wards of serving/retired/expired Military, Para-Military, Police Personnel residing in Northeast region. Students who perform well in Dance, Music, Theatres, Fine Arts, etc. also get some scholarship on fees.

The eligibility is Class 12 with minimum 45% or 50% aggregate from a recognised university. Students from SC/ST/OBC - Non creamy layer category get a 5% relaxation on the minimum aggregate required. The merit scholarship is given to students who have a good score in their Graduation degree. Such students get some scholarship on total fee and they have to pay less fee compared to other. Those who have 90% & above in Graduation, receive a 100% scholarship on fee.

The eligibility is Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university. Students should have at least 50% marks. SC/ST/OBC - Non creamy layer students need minimum 45% marks to apply. The selections are based on combined performance of entrance, GD & PI round.

According to Royal Global University BA eligibility criteria, candidates seeking an admission must satisfy the below-mentioned requirements:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board/council
• They must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in Class 12/equivalent examination
• The minimum score required in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates is 45% instead of 50% 

The University Scholarship Committee of RGU Guwahati has prescribes the following criteria for the grant of Royal Merit - On Admission Scholarship to students enrolled in UG-level courses:

BCom admission at the university is subject to fulfilling the Royal Global University BCom eligibility criteria. The same has been mentioned below:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board/council
• They must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in Class 12/equivalent examination
• The minimum score required in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates is 45% instead of 50% 

BPharm admission at the university is subject to fulfilling the Royal Global University BPharm eligibility criteria. The same has been mentioned below:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream (PCM/PCB), or an equivalent examination, from a recognised board or council
• They must have studied English as one of the subjects
• They must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in Class 12/equivalent examination and at least 50% in the subject opted
• The minimum score required in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates is 45% instead of 50%

Candidates willing to pursue a DPharm at the university must meet the following Royal Global University DPharm eligibility criteria:

• Candidates must have passed Class 12 in the Science stream (PCM/PCB), or an equivalent examination, from a recognised board or council
• They must have studied English as one of the subjects
• They must have scored at least 50% in aggregate in Class 12/equivalent examination and at least 50% in the subjects opted (PCM/PCB)
• The minimum score required in case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL category candidates is 45% instead of 50%
