To download the RRB NTPC admit card without any registration number, go to the official RRB website, and make use of the Forgotten Registration Number option.
After that, you need to put your name, date of birth, and father's name as per the application. This system will fetch the registration number by email or by SMS linked to your profile. Alternatively, you also check the application confirmation mail or SMS for the same number.
Now that you have retrieved it, log in using your registration number and password/DOB to download the admit card.

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe can only avail themselves of ‘Free Travel Authority’ (free Railway Pass). So, for the SC/ST candidates who opted for a free rail travel facility, the RRB NTPC call letter for CBT, CBAT/TST, and DV contains information regarding the free travel authority. To avail of the travel pass, candidates need to provide proper documents to the examination authority.

In the self-declaration part of RRB NTPC admit card, candidates are required to write a paragraph saying that the details they have entered in the application form are correct and complete. They should not write the self-declaration in capital letters. Likewise, blank spaces are also provided for signature and left thumb impression. The official notification reads, "Candidates should leave blank spaces provided in the downloaded e-Call letter for writing self-declaration paragraph (as the paragraph will be displayed on the screen during CBT), signature and Left Thumb Impression (LTI) unfilled while coming for the exam."
