In the RRB NTPC CBT 1 exam: General Awareness (40 Questions), Mathematics (30 Questions) and General Intelligence and Reasoning (30 Questions). Total marks allotted are 100. On the other hand the RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam pattern is General Awareness (50 Questions), Mathematics (35 Questions) and General Intelligence and Reasoning (35 Questions). The total marks allotted are 120.

For RRB NTPC Graduate exam, candidates need to study three subjects properly. These three subjects are General Awareness, Maths and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The level of difficulty of the questions at graduate level is slightly higher.

Yes, there is a negative marking in the RRB NTPC CBT exam. For every wrong answer, one third marks will be deducted. But for unattempted question, there will be no deduction.

The duration of the RRB NPTC CBT 1 exam for graduate level is 90 minute. Total test is of 100 marks and also 100 MCQs will be asked in the examination. It consists of three sections namely Maths (30 questions), GA (40 questions) and General Intelligence & Reasoning (30 Questions). There is a negative marking of one third for each wrong answer.

CBAT is conducted for the post of Traffic Assistant and Station Master posts. There is no negative marking in this test and is qualifying in nature. Candidates must secure 42 marks in each test battery (for all categories).
