No, you cannot edit the details you provided in the "Create an Account" section of the RRB NTPC application form after you have created the account. However, if you have a genuine reason, you can send an email to RRB with the required documents. RRB will review your case and make any necessary changes on the back end. You will be notified of the changes via email.

So it is mandatory for the applicant who is applying for RRB NTPC to have the same Date of Birth (DOB) as on your SSC marksheet as SSC marksheet is the age proof. Voter ID, though used for identification, cannot replace DOB identification.
If your UID DOB and SSC marksheet DOB are different, better rectify them before applying for a project online. Inaccuracies or variations of DOB from the one given in one document to another would mean that the application can be rejected or the verification process would entail a lot of hassles during the recruitment. Following are the items banned inside RRB NTPC exam centre:
- Banned items are electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, pager, watches, Bluetooth, calculator, metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets, books, papers, etc. are not allowed inside the exam centre
- Candidates should not carry pen/pencil inside the test centre
- Pen will be provide during the exam
- Candidates should not apply henna/Mehendi because there will be biometric capture
