No, you cannot edit the details you provided in the "Create an Account" section of the RRB NTPC application form after you have created the account. However, if you have a genuine reason, you can send an email to RRB with the required documents. RRB will review your case and make any necessary changes on the back end. You will be notified of the changes via email. 

You can modify other details in the application form, such as your email ID and mobile number, by paying a non-refundable modification fee. You can also make corrections to other details in the application form during the application correction facility. However, you cannot change the details you provided in the "Create an Account" section or the RRB you chose. 

So it is mandatory for the applicant who is applying for RRB NTPC to have the same Date of Birth (DOB) as on your SSC marksheet as SSC marksheet is the age proof. Voter ID, though used for identification, cannot replace DOB identification.

If your UID DOB and SSC marksheet DOB are different, better rectify them before applying for a project online. Inaccuracies or variations of DOB from the one given in one document to another would mean that the application can be rejected or the verification process would entail a lot of hassles during the recruitment. It means that all the details should be absolutely correct and uniform in order to avoid various additional problems at the time of documents' proving.
