Sacred Heart University

In order to secure an admission, all overseas applicants must fulfill certain Sacred Heart University admission requirements listed below:

1) Undergraduate Requirements:

• Official secondary school transcripts;
• One letter of recommendation (LOR);
• Proof of English language proficiency;
• SAT/ACT scores;
• Copy of passport; and
• Filled out immigration I-20 form.

2) Graduate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale;
• English proficiency exam scores;
• Resume/CV;
• Statement of purpose  (SOP);
• Letter of recommendations (LOR);
• GRE/GMAT scores;
• Passport; and
• Bank Statement.

The Centre for Healthcare Education of Sacred Heart Universtiy is home to both the College of Health Professions and College of Nursing. It is designed to offer students with aspirations in any health-care profession the best possible learning environment to ensure that they are prepared to succeed in the booming health-care industry. The Centre for Healthcare Education provides state-of-the-Art laboratory & classroom facilities, Enhanced atheletic training, Human performance & Motion analysis labs, Pioeer performance centre, and Team-based learning auditorium. 

Sacred Heart University's Centre for Healthcare Education is located in 4000 Park Avenue,  Bridgeport, CT. The Center for Healthcare Education encompasses 120,000 square feet of exceptional learning facilities in a three-story building on 8.7 acres.

Griswold campus of Sacred Heart University is known for its graduate-level courses leading to Master of Arts in Teaching with CT Teacher Certification,  CT 092 School Administrator Certification  (traditional weekday evening programme only) and CT 093 Superintendent Certification. Sacred Heart University's Griswold campus partners with area school districts in offering graduate internship opportunities to eligible candidates seeking certification and master's degrees. Griswold campus of Sacred Heart University offers the following courses. 

Griswold Campus of Sacred Heart University is located at 267 Slater Avenue, Griswold, CT. SHU's Griswold unique location provides shared facilities with the Griswold Public School District consisting of an elementary, middle and secondary schools. The Griswold campus of Sacred Heart University is a unique learning hub. 

The West Campus of Sacred Heart University is known for state-of-the-art labs specifically designed to support research on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data analytics, financial computation, machine learning, augmented reality/virtual reality and e-game design. West Campus is home to the Farrington College of Education & Human Development,  Welch College of Business & Technology–including the School of Computer Science & Engineering, and the School of Social Work.

Sacred Heart University's West Campus is located at General Electric’s former global headquarters and features some of the University’s the newest and most high-tech classroom, lab and innovation facilities. West Campus of Sacred Heart University provides approximately 66 acres, 550,000 square feet of building space and 800 additional parking spaces. 

Sacred Heart University's main campus is conveniently located in Fairfield, Connecticut, just 55 miles northeast of New York City. Sacred Heart Universtiy consists of six colleges: the College of Arts & Sciences; the Jack Welch College of Business & Technology; the College of Health Professions; the Davis & Henley College of Nursing; the Isabelle Farrington College of Education & Human Development; and the St. Vincent's College.
