First and foremost, you should be aware that Techno India University is a deemed university, and Techno India Salt Lake is part of WBUT. TIU's fee structure would be around 50k per semester, while TISL's would be significantly lower. You can apply for direct admission to both colleges, however TISL has a smaller number of places than techno India university. Techno India University will be the best choice for any engineering aspirant due to its highly specialised infrastructure as well as placement scopes.

You may not get admission into Techno Main Salt Lake, Kolkata College, with a 148893 rank. Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) are top branches of B.Tech. , and therefore there is high competition to get these branches at Techno Main Salt Lake. As evident in the previous year, the closing rank for the Computer Science Engineering branch has been under 10,000, even for home state candidates. Similarly, for Information Technology, the branch closing rank has been around 7,200. You may get admission into other colleges, like Mizoram University for a B.Tech in CSE or IT, with your rank.

There is a good scope for placement at Techno Main Salt Lake Institute in Kolkata for Bachelor of Computer Application BCA students. If your WBJELET Rank is 9840 you Got Techno main salt lake Civil Engineering only if you have reservation, otherwise not sure this. Or you can try or imporve next time. I hope you will got admission

Hello Vanish, Placements: In CSE, almost 99% of the students got placed. Major students got placed in TCS and Cognizant. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA, the highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Cognizant and Wipro come to our college.
