The application fee for MBA is ATP/SAS is USD150, and the application fee for the SJSU degree program. (ATP+Conditional Eligibility) is USD 250 and non-refundable. However, prospective students must follow the deadlines and requirments of the university. The SJSU also clearly stated that meeting the requirments doesn't guarantee admission.

GRE scores are not required for students with an undergraduate degree from an ABET-accredited degree program. However, students whose colleges are accredited degree programs must give the GRE. The following minimum scores are required to be considered for admission into the MS Software Engineering program:
- Quantitative + Verbal (GRE Q=V) score = 294 or higher
- Analytical Writing (GRE AWA) score= of 3.0 or higher
Below are important notes that the applicants must go through:
- GRE is an important factor for admission evaluation and continues to be a requirement during the pandemic
- Applications with GRE q+v under 294

Universities do allow applicants to submit their application forms. However, your application will not be evaluated until and unless you submit all of your test and academic scores. I will suggest you write to the university, they will guide you accordingly. Good luck.
