Sandip University

Established in the year 2017, Sandip University is located in Sijoul, Madhubani as Bihar's first private university offering UG, PG, PhD and Diploma-level programmes. The University offers 20+ courses through 6 Schools. it is recognised by UGC and approved by AICTE, AIU, CII and EPSI. Apart from that, it is approved by ISTE, IEEE, IE (I), AIMA and CSI. The University offers scholarships on the merit and sports eligibility. Additionally, it offers placement assistance through providing training to the students. KK University, on the other hand, was also established in 2017 under the Bihar Private Universities Act of 2013. KKU is recognised by UGC and is approved by AICTE. It has 8 Schools through which it offers UG, PG and Doctoral courses. The University facilitates placement assistance and provides scholarships to BTech and Diploma students on the basis of merit. It also provide placement assistance and training. Sandip University, Bihar provides financial relaxation through the scholarships offered based on the eligibility of merit and sports. The University offers a relaxation in tuition fees by the range of 25% to 100%. Candidates securing 70% to 79.99% and above in the qualification exam are eligible for a 25% waiver in the tuition fees. Similarly, candidates securing 75% to 79.99% or above in the qualification exam are eligible for 50% waiver in tuition fees. For a 100% waive off in tuition fees, candidates must secure 80% or above in the qualifying exam. Apart from this, a 2% candidates of the total intake are eligible for a sports scholarship.

Furthermore, to gain admission in PG-level programme, candidates must obtain 50% aggregate in graduation. Courses such as BTech and MBA consider valid scores for the admission, besides merit. Candidates must secure a valid score in CAT/ SAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ EMAT to qualify for MBA and JEE Main for BTech.
