This cell aims to connect students with corporate opportunities and help them get ready for their future careers. But, the cell is inactive. Very few top companies visit the college for placements. The highest package offered till now is INR 6 LPA, while the average is between INR 1.8 and 2.5 LPA.

The MHT CET 2025 result for Sanjeevan Engineering and Technology Institute (SETI, Panhala) is tentatively expected to be released in June 2025. The MHT CET PCM exam is being conducted between April 19 and 27, 2025. The results will be released by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
