There is no BCA Programme admission in Ahmedabad University, but there is admission for BS (Honours) with Computer Science for which Physics and Mathematics are necessary subjects.

You can get civil and chemical branch in SVNIT at this rank in JEE Mains. If your home state is Gujarat, you may get a better branch. For CSE, you can try lower NITs.

If it is general category rank, then might be some chances, you can check previous year stats opening and closing rank for SVNIT on JoSAA website. And, go through your stats.

Percentile is only an indicator; the game lies on ranks. However, if your son is a 'home' candidate there yes. There is a higher chance of getting CSE. But if he is an 'other state' candidate then a bit of tough. But my opinion is only suggestive.
