Although Satya Institute of Technology and Management (SITAM) provides strong placement assistance, there is no assurance of a 100% placement rate. Many students are given jobs by major recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Tech Mahindra who often take part in campus placements. Although the rate and packages vary depending on individual success and industry need, recent batches have achieved about 80% placement. Placement rates vary per batch and program. Average packages normally range between INR 2-4 LPA, with the largest annual package for recent placements reaching about INR 6 LPA.
