For admission to Satya Institute of Technology and Management students must first meet the course specific eligibility requirements then appear for the required entrance exams such as Andhra Pradesh EAMCET for BTech, Andhra Pradesh PGECET for M.Tech and ICET for MCA. Then choose SITAM as their preferred course during the counselling process of the respective exam. Students can also apply for direct admission through management quota but they still require valid entrance exam scores.

The Satya Institute of Technology and Management course admissions for BTech, M.Tech or MCA depends on Andhra Pradesh EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh PGECET and ICET, respectively. The quality of food in the hostel mess of Satya Institute of Technology and Management is considered to be somewhere between average to good. They provide less variety. The food is prepared hyginecally. The mess and the kitchen of the mess is also well-mainatined and clean.
