Yes, Saurashtra University does offer scholarships for its BSc course. To be eligible for the BSc course candidates must get admitted to the BSc course officially. The scholarships are provided on a merit and need basis.
Saurashtra University has come up with the 'Earn While Learn Scheme' to help needy students financially. Under this scheme, the university provides accommodation, food, and books to underprivileged students free of cost. In addition to this, the university also offers an accidental insurance scheme worth INR 1,00,000 to its students who are registered with affiliated colleges and PG departments.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the respective courses. Saurashtra University admission process is based on merit or entrance exam conducted by the university. In addition to this, the university also accepts scores of national/ state-level entrance exams for a few courses.

Yes, entrance to Saurashtra University's MBA programme requires passing the CMAT. MBA candidates are required, per the university's official website, to have taken the CMAT exam administered by NTA and to have received at least a 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) on the qualifying exam. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Ahmedabad, oversees the centralised admissions procedure.
