The eligibility criteria for Saurashtra University MSc Biotechnology as per the University's admission guidelines is as follows:

  • BSc degree in the subject concerned with at least Class 12 is eligible for admission to MSc course of that particular subject.
  • BSc with the subject as the second subject in S.Y. B.Sc. will also be considered for admission, provided the seats are available.

Candidates must make sure to have the above-mentioned eligibility criteria to be eligible for the MSc programme at Saurashtra University and its affiliated colleges.

Admission to the Saurashtra University MSc course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Further, after filling out the application candidates must appear for the University written admission test. Therefore, direct admission to the Saurashtra University MSc course is not applicable as per the admisson guidelines. Howeve, candidates who qualifies all the admission procedure becomes eligible to apply for the MSc course.

Saurashtra University MSc eligibility criteria are that the candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from recognised board with a minimum 48% aggregate.

Saurashtra University MSc fees for the academic year 2025 range from INR 80,000 to INR 5.2 Lacs for two years. The course fee might vary across the different specialisations offered under the MSc course. Further, candidates must also make an application fee of INR 160 during the application process.

You must have earned a bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited university for at least three years in order to be admitted to Saurashtra Universitys Bachelor of Library Science programme (B.Lib.I.Sc). The curriculum consists of two semesters and lasts for 12 months. Graduates and postgraduates with at least second-class status are eligible. Admission may require an application process and is usually contingent upon meeting the qualifying requirements.
