Bharath University Chennai is best according to NIRF rankings and fees are low when compared to Saveetha.

Yes, you can go for a Ph.D. in CS after completing your MBA degree. To be in the safe side, you should have a very good research paper that will ease your application for PhD degree.

There is no migration between Universities and Courses. Complete your B.Sc. and then you will be eligible for lateral entry to direct 2nd year. There is no legal way around it.

Of course it's indeed great idea to pursue PhD part time. You must do it. It's actually quite simple. You have to clear an exam to become eligible for PhD. Then find a guide and after discussing with guide decide on your research topic. You can study at your convenience and complete

Market changes regularly, as well as placement also changes. And, at the end of the day, placement matters a lot. So, the best suggestion for joining MBA is Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.

As you have completed your PG in nursing, you are definitely eligible for PhD. Many universities ask prospective students to clear an eligibility exam. That's all. Just approach the institute and then they will guide you further.

From my opinion, both of the universities are best for these courses but Presidency University provide 100% placements. The campus and Faculty of both the colleges are good. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask.
