Hi Vikasmani,
Both the exams are tough but difficulty level of CAT is greater than SBI PO exam on the other hand competition level in SBI PO exam is way more than CAT.
So, both of them are difficult in their own way.

If someone needs a job more than anything then SBI PO is the best option. You will get a good package, reputation and your job will be safe. But, PGDM in finance is different. You have to spend some money to study and then only you can hope that you will get a good placement (if it's a top college you will definitely get good offer) and if you want to go to the top level, work hard and show them the results. You can't just go to the top without working hard.

Age eligibility criteria for appearing in PO examination is that age of candidate should be between 20 to 30 years. You will be eligible to appear for PO examination next year on completion of B.Com degree next year if you meet above mentioned criteria.
