As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.

Those who are willing to get admission to BArch course at MIT School of Architecture must either pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. It is a mandatory step to qualify before applying for the course.

MET's School of Architecture and Interior Design has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
B.DesCandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board.
B.ArchCandidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply.
Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.

Candidates must be of Indian origin. Candidates must have passed class 12 with an aggregate of 50% marks (45% in case of reserved category) with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Candidates should have qualified NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 with valid score.
