School of Architecture, Christ University Eligibility

Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% aggregate are eligible to apply for KL School of Architecture BArch programme.

Eligibility for Master of Planning - URP at MIT School of Architecture:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering, or Technology with minimum 55% marks.
• OR Master's degree in Geography, Sociology, or Economics with required marks.
• A valid GATE score is preferred but not mandatory.
• Non-GATE candidates can appear for PERA-CET.

Balwant Sheth School of Architecture NMIMS Mumbai's Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) is a 2 year course offered at the PG level. To be eligible for the M.Arch programme at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture NMIMS Mumbai, candidates must hold a B.Arch degree or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks.

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme at the Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, candidates must meet the following criteria: 

Educational Qualification:

Completion of 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and a minimum of 50% aggregate.

Entrance Exam:

A valid score in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with a minimum of 70 out of 200 is required for admission.
