Eligibility for Master of Planning - URP at MIT School of Architecture:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning, Civil Engineering, or Technology with minimum 55% marks.
- OR Master's degree in Geography, Sociology, or Economics with required marks.
- A valid GATE score is preferred but not mandatory.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programme at MIT School of Architecture require candidates to have a B.Arch. degree from a recognised university with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 or 55% aggregate marks. Additionally, candidates need a valid GATE score or a valid score of the Common Entrance Test (PERA-CET) conducted as per the rules and regulations of MIT ADT. It is also desirable for candidates to have experience in heritage travel visits and proficiency in any local language.
