Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham provides tuition-free scholarships; however, each scholarship has a different amount of the waiver. These awards are renewed annually in accordance with the student's behaviour and academic standing. It is not possible for students to hold more than one scholarship at once.
Amrita Chancellor Scholarship: students who earn at least 75% in Grade 12 or UG/PG are eligible for a 100% tuition price waiver.
Amrita Scholarship of merit: 74% of students with 70% to 74% will not have to pay tuition.

A minimum of 55% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from CBSE/State Board/ICSE is required for passing the +2 or its equivalent.
Applicants with a three-year Diploma are also eligible.
