If you have dropped out in the middle and want to retake admission then you need to do it from the very first year. If you want to take admission in a new college, then they will count this one year as a gap and you would require submitting a gap certificate as a document with the college. Good luck.

Do you have class 12th certificate? If yes, then you can definitely apply for BBA, and go ahead with your dreams. If you think management is your choice of course, do specialization in one of the best specialization in BBA.
