Yes, in case a student wishes to cancel his/her admission, UPES School of Health Sciences and Technology does provide a refund of fees. However, the amount of the refund is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions. The below table contains the guidelines to be followed as per the fee refund policy of the university:

No, UPES School of Health Sciences and Technology is not a government college. It is a private college established under the UPES Dehradun which is accredited by NBA, IACBE, and with an A Grade by NAAC, and approved by UGC. Being a private college, the fee can be a little high but worry not the college provides scholarships to students as financial assistance.
