In compliance with UGC guidelines, refund of the fee based on the time frame (when the application is withdrawn)
80% (15 days or less) following the last admission date
50% - 30 days following the last date of admission, but not less than 15 days
0% - more than thirty days following the admissions deadline.

Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences does not charge any application fees for international applicants. The university will rather require the students to submit their German Language Proficiency scores to be considered for admission. The applicants who have not obtained any access to learning the German Language are required to submit the following scores to be accepted for admission:
- Must submit Level C1 of German Language upon the application submission.
