I am an FY B.Tech student but want to study physics. Can I get directly into the 2nd-year of B.Sc or do I need to start from the 1st-year?

No for B.Sc. you have to start again from 1st year. There is no option of starting from 2nd year. B.Sc. And B.Tech both are different course with different curriculum and different syllabus.

Yes, after completing your LL.B. , you are eligible to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc. ) degree. LL.B. is an undergraduate degree in law, and it does not restrict you from pursuing higher education in any other field. You can pursue M.Sc. in any subject of your choice, provided you meet the eligib

Yes, since you have applied but didn't get SRCC means you have to try giving the paper next year. Also, for getting admission in SRCC, you have to check different parameters too. Yes, you can pursue a Master's in Law LL. M. degree even if you have completed a Bachelor's degree in a non-law field like D B.Sc. Information Technology. However, you may have to fulfill some additional requirements to be eligible for admission to an LL. M. programme. Most universities offering LL.
