Your 12th score is bit on the lower side. Though it won't create much problem in getting admission in B-Schools, you can start preparing for CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT and other MBA entrance exams. A good score will definitely help you to get into a good B-School. You can start preparing yourself and do join a good test series of coaching institute.

You seem to be interested in IT rather than PCB in Bachelor of science degree. If my assumption holds true then opt for the degree B.Sc in IT. This is possible.
