Nowadays B.Tech is losing its popularity as there are no jobs for students but you have to choose among these two courses. So, I suggest you to go with B.Sc as there are many good colleges for this such as BHU, DU, JNU, AU, PU and many more. By choosing this, you can prepare for further exams also.

Hello Mithila,
The primary eligibility is to have passes 10+2 PCM with at least 50% marks. The admission is generally based on the board exam scores but some institutes conduct entrance tests based on which they admit students.
