Hi Rahul,
There are no tier 2 or 3 universities in Germany, every university is competitive and good ones. Some private universities may accept but 6.5 is a very poor score for Germany. You can still try applying to some if your SOP, LORs, research profile etc is very strong. Otherwise check options in other countries like Netherlands, Australia, etc.

Hi Vidhan or Rahul,
First, there is no shortcut here. Application process is time consuming and takes a year almost. Take the SAT or ACT and also the TOEFL to start applying to Bachelor's degree courses. To apply for MS programs you must complete your Bachelor's degree and take the GRE. You must probably apply for another student permit since it will expire couple of months after your Bachelor's degree course is over. So its better you apply during the final year and also check with the visa consulate there. But as of now focus on applying for your Bachelor's degree, you can find out information for your MS once you go there. Visit uni

Hi Ashwin, if you have interest in pursuing Science/Engineering further, you better take B.Tech. You can go for MBA just after or even after taking a good Job. Doing BBA will not make you eligible for a good job. If you do BBA, then MBA has to be done. But, if you do B.Tech, it will make you ready for a Job. Besides, B.Tech and MBA is a good combination.

It depends on what you want. The dual degree gives you an opportunity to study abroad for a year and also get a degree from each of the universities. If this is what you are looking for, go for it.
The regular MBA is also good.
