Hi Aman Singh,
Yes, you can apply. Most universities will ask for a GRE, you must also take the TOEFL. Some may even ask for atleast 1-year of work experience. Since every university has different admission requirements, you have to check their websites to have a better idea.

There is huge scope in chemical engineering and you can go for Masters in food engineering.

If you are interested in electronics then try GATE, if management then CAT, XAT and other management exams are there for MBA or you may try other jobs after Bachelor's degree like CDS, Indian army, railway, banking or teaching after B.Ed or you can pursue MS from abroad and then PhD.

Since you are a science student, you might face some problem in understanding the concepts of Accounts and Economics. Rest all subjects are easy and theoretical. You may face problem in finance subjects. If you work hard then everything will become easy.

It's indeed great to know your dream of studying in Germany. There are plenty of places where you can do your MS or ME. But, there are many nuances. Hence, I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Germany for overcoming these nuances in the process.

You have to score good marks in class 12th boards, so that you get admission in DU. If not so good, then you have to appear in exam conducted by BHU, Allahabad University, or many other national importance college.
