The Vice Chancellors Award at SHU has offered an automatic tuition bursary for international students for the courses. The value of this scholarship award are given as follows:

No, IELTS is not mandatory to study at the Sheffield Hallam Uni. It also accepts several other English language tests. A valid score in either the TOEFL-iBT, Pearson PTE, or Duolingo English test is given equal importance as IELTS.

International Students can apply to Sheffield Hallam University through the UCAS application portal. The students are required to submit the application before the required deadline in September every year. Later, they can also submit their required written work by November and finish the required documentation to accept their offer of admission if their application is successful. 

Sheffield Hallam University offers a range of distance learning courses to international students who cannot study on campus. International applicants who are applying for courses for Sep intake will need to submit application fee for UG and PG courses. Students need to pay CAS deposit of GBP 5,000 (INR 6.15 Lakhs) once they receive their Confirmation of Acceptance for Study from university.
