Shoolini University offers an international BSc degree in collaboration with the University of Melbourne. The international programme is a dual degree BSc programme, which allows students to complete the first two years at the Shoolini Campus and the other two years at the University of Melbourne. The BSc programme integrates four core disciplines of Science — Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and BioScience. The subjects are submerged into a common mandatory curriculum for all Year 1 & 2 students. Further, in years 3 & 4, students can select subjects from a diverse choice of majors at The University of Melbourne.

The four-year course has a total of eight semesters and aims to provide students with the knowledge, core practical skills, and competencies in agriculture as well as related fields. Further, the BSc Agriculture curriculum teaches students about modern scientific equipment and techniques in agriculture by providing practical experience on university farmlands. For admission to the agriculture course, candidates must have Class 12 PCM/PCB with 60% aggregate. For selection, candidates must have a valid score in the CUET/ NEET/JEE/ SAT entrance exam or Shoolini University's multiple choice entrance test, and faculty interaction.
