Yes, Shri Krishna University provides lateral entry to its BTech courses. Candidates who meet the prescribed criteria are admitted. Selected students get admission in the second year of the UG programme. The entry requirement is as follows for the UG courses:
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of three or two year Diploma exam with at least 45% aggreate (40% for reserved categories) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
OR
- BSc degree from a recognised university as defined by UGC with at least 45% aggreate (40% for reserved categories) with Mathematics as a subject.

Shri Krishna University BSc eligibility criteria depends upon the specialisation chosen by the candidate. The basic/ minimum requirement is that the aspirant must be Class 12 or equivalent pass with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from a recognised board. For the SKU BSc in Nursing course, the below criteria must be fulfilled:
- Class 12 pass with PCB and English with an aggregate of at least 45% from a recognised board.
- The minimum age limit is 17 years on December 31 of the admission year.

This shall help in knowing how much money will be recovered and in what time period against the invested money as the course fees. The total fees for the BCom course is INR 51,300. Shri Krishna University offers lateral entry to its BPharm course. The eligible students are admitted in the third semester of the programme. Applications are accepted of the eligible students only. The aspirants who are DPharm holders from a Pharmacy Council of India approved institute can apply for admission. Additionally, the Diploma should have been passed under the section 12 of the Pharmacy act.
