For admission into Shri Ram Institute of Technology for UG courses students need to have a minimum of 45% in their 10+2 for general category and 40% for SC/ST/OBC in their 10+2 with physics, chemistry and mathematics as mandatory. Also they have to appear for entrance exams like JEE Mains or MHTCET.
For PG courses, students need to have a bachelor's degree in any relevant engineering course with atleast 50% aggregate from any institution approved by AICTE.

Admission to all courses except BTech, MBA, and MTech is based on scores obtained in the previous qualification and is currently open. Admission to BTech, MBA, and MTech can also be done directly based on previous exam scores under the management quota. Management quota admissions are currently open.

The JEE Main 2025 Session 2 results were announced on April 18, and for some students, on April 29. Shri Ram Institute of Technology accepts JEE Main scores for admission to its B.Tech programs. Students can check their results on the official JEE website.

It depends on the course in which the student is interested. Shri Ram Institute of Technology offers various courses in the fields of Management, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Computer Science. Admission to the BTech, MBA, and MTech courses at the college can be considered difficult as it is done based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main/MP BE, CMAT, and GATE/ MPPET exams, respectively. Admission to the other courses can be considered less difficult, as it is done based on the scores obtained in the previous qualification.
