For applying to UG Diploma course in offline mode, candidates are required to submit the duly filled-up application form to NIELIT, Gangtok, at its premises at Indira By Pass Road, Near KBT Petrol Pump, Sichey, Gangtok-737101, along with the requisite fees and documents (as mentioned in point nos. 15 of the application form) on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for UG Diploma courses at NIELIT Gangtok at any time of the year. The institute opens the admissions for short-time courses throughout the year and is notified through press advertisements. Admissions are on going for new batches of short-term and long-term courses at NIELIT, Gangtok.
