The Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) Silvassa enjoys the general practice of refunding fees to students. The university has a refund policy that corresponds with the general terms which allow for a cancellation of fees charged where the withdrawal is made quite early in the admission process, however, it is advisable to consult GNLU specific policy requirements, as they may change or vary slightly from year to year. In most situations, universities will keep the admission fee, a few non-returnable fees, and also a fragment of the tuition if the student actually started attending classes before the quitting come about.

To be eligible for a five-year BBA LL.B. (Hons) at Gujarat National Law University Silvassa, the candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 45% in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible candidates will have to appear for the CLAT exam and score valid marks to secure admission to the course.

Given the current scenario portrayed by various sources, Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) Silvassa tends to be ranked as a Tier 2 law school.
