International students have to meet the Simon Fraser University IELTS requirements to get admission to undergraduate and graduate program. The university requires competence in all four of the following skills; listening, reading, speaking and writing. The table below has minimum English language requirement for SFU admissions:

With 58%, you won't be able to get Canadian Universities. You need at least 75%. You can check SPP colleges for PG Diploma programs. They require a minimum of 55% and 3 year degree course is accepted.
