The cut off 2023 for B.Arch in Sir J.J College of Architecture for OBC category female students was arround 135 Marks in the first CAP round of the NATA exam. This cutt off might decrease in subsequent CAP rounds.

For admissions for B.Arch, JJ College of Architecture accept the score of JEE mains, MH CET and NATA. Although cutoff information for only MH CET is available. The closing rank for MHCET in year 2023 was 116.33 (General-Home State) and in the year 2022, it was 159. The last date to apply for MHCET counselling is 30th July 2024 and the final cutoffs will be released on 8 august 2024. Although no information related to NATA and JEE mains cutoff is available. You can visit the official website of the institute for further information.

To apply for BArch at JJ College of Architecture, candidates must have a valid score in either the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) examination or the JEE Main (Joint Entrance Examination) to apply for the B.Arch course.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria where they have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. To take admission in Sir JJ College of Architecture (SJJCA) in Mumbai, there are several steps you need to go through. The first one is the eligibility criteria i.e. candidates muts have pass with at least 50% marks in physics, chemistry, mathematics, and English from a recognised board. Appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE Main (Paper II).

Students are normally admitted to JJ College of Architecture based on how well they score on the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET).  Candidates must fulfil the requirements given forth by the college to be considered, which often include earning a minimum aggregate percentage as stated and passing the 10+2 exam with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) subjects or their equivalent. To gain admission to Sir J.J. College of Architecture, aspiring students need to meet specific cut-off marks. For the NATA exam, the cut-off marks for different categories are as follows:

  • General (Male): 107
  • General (Female): 52
  • OBC (Male): 531
  • OBC (Female): 228
