If you belong to Maharashtra then you'll get admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture through NATA and class 12th boards percentage. But, if you are from other state then there are some seats which you can fetch through JEE Mains Paper 2 score and rank. They offer admissions on the basis of your NATA score (50% weightage) and class 12th score. In case of JEE Mains, you need to score above 240 marks to get admission over there.

Hello Brunda,
The admission into Sir J.J College of Architecture is primarily based on the NATA scores only, but on their official website, they have also mentioned about the JEE score card. so I think they admit students based on both NATA and JEE Mains Paper 2 scores. For the details regarding admission and the enclosures refer:
http://www.sirjjarchitecture.org/admissions.html
On this website, you will get a PDF document which gives you the details of B.Arch admission through both NATA and JEE Mains Paper 2.

Hi Nikul,
Both the colleges (SPA and Sir JJ College) are very good. I would say SPA has better brand value because of the visibility it has got in the world.
