Yes, you can prefer BBA Examination Book published by Arihant 2018 pattern. It is also helpful for preparation of mass communication. You can get different types of tricky questions in it.

It depends upon the exam and the course you are applying for. Since you have tagged Mass communication, I am assuming you are interested in it. Basic level Maths up to class 10th comes in every exam, be it HM or BBA or your Mass Communication.
Topics like percentage, ratios, time and speed come up. So, even if you don't have Maths in class 11th and class 12th, I am sure you will be able to crack it.

There are no as such book for preparation of SET as you can go with an individual book for the respective subject like mental maths (RS Agarwal), NCERT of class 11th & 12th. However, I will suggest you to go with previous years papers of SET and solve them.
