School of Management Sciences shortlists candidates for BBA based on CUET-UG score. The school also conducts SMSOET or School of Management Sciences Online Entrance Test for admission to BBA. Once selection rounds are over, the shortlisted candidates are called for document verification and counseling. Selected aspirants must pay the programme fee to confirm their seats in the school.

In order to get admission to SMS Varanasi, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. As per the next step, students either need to register themselves for the SMSOET exam on SMS College's official website and appear for the entrance exam or qualify for any other respective entrance exam. For MBA, the institute accepts CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT score.
Once the result gets declared students need to fill an online application form on the institute's official website with appropriate details along with submitting relevant documents and a scorecard of their result and paying an adequate amount of application fee.

No, admission to UG and PG courses at SMS Varanasi is only entrance-based. The institute conducts its in-house entrance exam, i.e., SMS OET for the selection of candidates in UG and PG courses. Apart from that, for courses such as MBA and MCA, students can also get admission through a valid score in national-level entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CUET and UPCET, respectively.
