It depends after taking admission in College. There are some schemes under central government to provide scholarship for SC/St Candidates. Although, some other banks also provide loan/scholarship for college if it is government. All the best. Thank you.

Since VDSV is the one among the top colleges in AP, you may not able to get admission in that college with that rank so please try for management quota seat.

Candidates who have qualified AP LAWCET 2019 will have to follow the steps to login and get the seat allotment.
Check the steps mentioned below to appear in counselling -
Click on the link AP LAWCET Counselling 2018.
Candidates need to check the counselling rounds and schedule of AP LAWCET 2018.
Candidates need to enter all the necessary details like name, roll number, Password and Date of Birth.
Law applicants have to complete their AP LAWCET Counselling registration by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1000/- SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 500/-.
