Shiv Nadar University offers admission into the following departments of the university:
- School of Engineering (SoE)
- School of Humanities & Social Sciences (SoHSS)
- School of Natural Sciences (SoNS)
- School of Management & Entrepreneurship (SoME)

SNUSAT exam has two sections, Quantitative reasoning and Logical Reasoning. Both sections have a time limit of 45 minutes. Therefore, to complete SNUSAT exam, candidates have 90 minutes.

No. There is no negative marking in SNUSAT exam. Therefore, candidates must answer all the questions irrespective of knowledge of correct answer.

The SNUSAT exam is conducted in physical mode at Pearson VUE centres. Candidates must appear for the exam in designated test centres that are identified by Pearson VUE. Candidates will find their test centre mentioned on the admit card, Those failing to appear at the designated exam centres will not be allowed to take the SNUSAT exam.
