Yes, students are required to submit certain documents at the time of admission. Listed below are the documents to be submitted during SOA Neemrana AME admission:
- Class 10 mark sheets, pass certificates and admit card
- Class 12 mark sheets, pass certificates and admit card
- 10 photographs of students (with white background)
- One photograph of parents (i.e., of Father & Mother both)/guardian, for girls student both parents and guardian photograph required
- Caste Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Migration Certificate from passing out Board/School Leaving (Transfer) Certificate
- Diploma Mark Sheets & Pass certificates (for Diploma students only)

For admission to Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course, aspirants have to take the SOA Common Entrance Test. This national-level exam is conducted nationwide at the SOA centres. Aspirants who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria can apply through the school official website. Moreover, the entrance exam include MCQ questions and the question paper is divided into three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
