To get into an NGO is more dependent on your inner passion rather than degrees or certificate. However, having some skills is quite beneficial for professional stability. You can best get at BSW or MSW courses. You can also opt for some certification from IGNOU or other distance learning organization related to NGO management, counseling, child care or any other sector which you wish to excel. The subject limitation is not there in social work so don't bother and Science background is crown for you to have critical thinking and analysis.
