The total tuition fees for BTech courses is INR 4.9 Lacs - INR 13.6 lakh at SRM University Sonepat. Aspirants selected for admission need to pay the programme fees to confirm their seat. 

SRM University Sonepat accepts entrance exam scores for admission in BTech programme. Aspirants with JEE Main, SRMJEEE or SRMHCAT or CUET or SAT scores are offered admission in BTech. Candidates must also meet the eligibility criteria to get a seat in BTech programme.

SRM University Sonepat considers CAT scores for admission in MBA. Aspirants with MAT, XAT, NMAT or any other Management entrance exam score can also get admission. Candidates can also appear for SRMHCAT conducted by the university.

Aspirants must pass a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate to apply for MBA at SRM University Sonepat. Candidates must have score in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, SRMHCAT, etc. for admission in MBA programme.

SRM Sonepat accepts CUET-UG scores for admission to BCom (Hons). Aspirants can also appear for SRMHCAT for admission to this programme. Candidates must also meet the eligibility criteria i.e. Class 12 to apply for BCom (Hons).

The total tuition fees for BCom (Hons) is INR 2.8 Lacs - INR 4.2 lakh at SRM University Sonepat. Aspirants selected for admission in BCom (Hons) programme have to pay the course fees to confirm their seat.

SRM University, Sonepat is recognised by the UGC and ALU and is approved by the BCI, DSIR, and NCHMCT. The university is also ranked 46 in the Outlook-ICARE 2025 under the BBA category, and 24 under Hotel Management (Private).

The top recruiters for candidates pursuing MBA through SRMHCAT are TCS, Xebia, HCL, Virtusa, Collar Search, SISL, etc.

IIIT Kota ranks higher and holds an edge over newer IIITs like Sonepat or Una due to its established reputation, better placements (avg INR 11-12 LPA), and permanent campus. While Sonepat/Una have decent, growing placements, IIIT Kota's older, stronger industry ties make it a superior choice.

• IIIT Sonepat/Una: Newer, developing infrastructure, good for CSE if closer to home, but lagging slightly in placement stability.
