Students admitted to the programme over the last three years averaged a GPA score of 3.4. A GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required for a competitive application. However, coming to the Undergraduate students have three options to avoid suspension or dismissal (only one of three must be obtained):
1. Pass at least 12 graded hours and earn a 2.4 or higher GPA in each term.
2. Pass at least 12 graded hours and earn a 2.4 or higher GPA in the summer terms.

Clemson Uni welcomes international students. It has a diverse student community of 1,200+ international students on campus. There are a total of 28,000+ students. There is an application fee of $70 for undergraduate students. The university accepts payment through all major credit cards. However, there is a no application fee of for postgraduate students that can be paid. The university has annouced that it won't take any application fee from 2023 batch and further.

Recently, the University of South Carolina was accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and School Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Besides this, various courses have accreditation from top world and nationa accrediting bodies such as:
