For the M.Tech course in Sri Krishna College of Technology the fee structure is INR 1.2 lakhs per year for the total of 2 years. Total program fees are for INR 2,40,000. Special charges consist of INR 5000 for admission and INR 5000 for examination fees. Additional to this, an initial refundable caution deposit of INR 5,000 is taken. As for the Fee Waiver, meritorious students may get up to 50% tuition fee Scholarship. Hostel charges are INR 60000 per annum and transportation charges are INR 20000 per annum.

Sri Krishna College of Technology is in general Tier 2 in Indian engineering college ranking. Though it is producing quality engineers, the reputation of this college is good in Tamil Nadu, particularly for specific engineering streams, and does not usually stand in line with the elite Tier 1 ones like IITs or NITs.
