All the courses at Easwari Engineering College are offered in affiliation with Anna University. For admission to PG courses such as MBA and MTech, candidates are required to appear for the state-level TANCET entrance exam. This exam is conducted by Anna University and is valid for admission to all of its affiliated colleges across the Tamil Nadu state in PG courses. Further, for admission to MTech, the national-level GATE entrance exam is also accepted. Candidates are required to apply online on the official website of the respective entrance exams to appear for them.

Currently, no applications are being accepted by the institute. The TNEA 2023 Round 03 choice filling for BE/BTech Admissions at SRM Easwari Engineering College was open through August 24. On August 25, 2023, the TNEA Round 03 preliminary allotment was made public. The allocation result may be viewed on the official website @tneaonline.org by candidates. SRM Easwari Engineering College provides six postgraduate and twelve undergraduate engineering, technology, and management disciplines. The top department at SRM University in terms of the majority of employment available to students and wages is Computer Science Engineering. While the placement for students in other departments is not at all awful, the CSE department's placement is exceptional, with the best package available to students in the CSE branch.
